Pleasant Hill Launch Night Builds Momentum

The inaugural WakeWell Pleasant Hill chapter gathering brought together new and returning riders for an evening focused on wakeboarding, community, and faith. As one of the newest WakeWell chapters, the Pleasant Hill group is already creating opportunities for people to build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and enjoy time on the water together.

Throughout the evening, riders encouraged one another both on and off the water. Whether helping someone land a new trick, offering support during challenges, or simply sharing conversations between sets, the gathering reflected the heart of what WakeWell is all about—using wakeboarding to build authentic Christian community and point people toward Jesus.

One attendee shared how much it meant to be prayed for during the gathering, while others celebrated personal riding milestones and progression behind the boat. These moments served as reminders that WakeWell is more than a wakeboarding community. It is a place where people can find encouragement, connection, and opportunities to grow in their faith.

The excitement surrounding the new chapter continues to build as members look ahead to future gatherings. Upcoming events will include a community endurance challenge, more opportunities to ride together, and continued efforts to create a welcoming environment for anyone looking for community within the wakeboarding world.

We are grateful for the strong start of the Pleasant Hill chapter and excited to see how God continues to work through this growing community.
